Refinery total shutdown.
- Removal, HP Cleaning, repair and re-installation of bundles (use of puller)
- Repair and/or rebuild of sootblower
- Repair of steam leak, valves, gauge glasses, trays
- Catalyst loading and sorting
- Average of 500 men employed during shutdown
