Based upon Bluewater's Project Engineering and issued Isometrics (845) SA Five were contracted to provide fabrication engineering, draughting, procurement, fabrication, erection, full painting system including insulation, bolt tensioning, chemical cleaning, pre-commissioning of pipework, including nitrogen-helium leak testing and hydro testing. Pipework ranging from 1" to 24", schedule 10 to XXS, with a rating range of 150 to 5000 Lbs.
Procurement and installation of all cabling, light fittings, tubing, switches, control and junction boxes. Installation of HV and LV switchboards and control panels, and accociated cable tray and cable racks. Pull, gland, and terminate 88,000 meter's of various types of cables including loop testing and commissioning. |
