Scope of Work:
The scope of work for the first contract was for the supply, installation, and commissioning of the complete plant to produce 2400 KL/day product water.
This included the installation of the Reverse Osmosis Units and their associated DMF, pumps etc. and all the connecting piping, in either, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, UPVC or HDPE. We also fabricated and installed all the steel supports required.
The second contract involved the structural fabrication and installation submerged intake screens, feed pumps, a set of self-cleaning strainers, six roughing filters and a HDPE pipeline (over 1km long mostly in a tunnel under the quay) from the intake to the roughing filters and the existing buffer tank at the SWRO Plant.
