Project Description:
SA Five was awarded the contract to fabricate and install RO plant into 3 Aqua Mobile containerised units. With the final destination being an Australian Rare Earths mine, quality requirements were stringent, with Customer Satisfaction being (as always) our end goal. This goal was achieved!
The Scope of Work included :
- Supply of all materials
- Fabrication and installation of support frames & piping (Duplex, Super Duplex and PPR-SDR17)
- Installation of free-issue items (pumps, ROPV’s, valves, A/C’s)
- Container corrosion protection (internal, external and underside)
- Apply polyurethane floor coating
- Container insulation
- Supply and installation of aluminium personnel doors
- Apply container Client signage
- NDE / Pressure testing of all piping
- Host sub-contracted EC&I teams / commissioning assistance activities with the provision of air, water and power.
